Luffy and his pirates meet Tobio, a young boy who aspires to becoming　a strong pirate like the great pirate Oonan. It is said that Oonan hid a gold treasure in the legendary island. Together with Tobio, Luffy sails out to the island to find the gold, but instead, they encounter another pirate going after the gold, El Drago. Just like Luffy, El Drago posessed the power of the devil's fruit, whose power could destroy everything with his ugly voice. Tobio's grandfather, Ganzo joins the adventure, whose motive seems to be more than the gold...
