Age 15. Worries, complexes, anxiety about the future, and farewells.
"Today is my junior high graduation, but as things stand, I don't know what I'm graduating from!"
With such feelings in her heart, ninth grader Isumi goes to the beach. When she picks up a beautifully sparkling fragment (a Fragment of Time), its power leads her to a strange world. There she meets Aoi, Konatsu, and Asahi, girls her own age who each have a similar fragment.

Strange creatures then appear. They call themselves the Popins, and they say this strange world is the Valley of Time, an important place that controls time. Then the girls learn that said "time" is now facing a grave crisis.

According to the Popin elder, the way to save the world from crisis is for the girls summoned by the Fragments of Time to work together and unite their hearts through dance. The four girls incredulously start pretending to dance. But the temporal collapse deadline approaches. During all this, the fifth girl Saki, who's the only one of them with dance experience, joins in... Five girls have suddenly wound up being entrusted with the fate of the world. Can they really save the world through dance? And will they make it to their graduations on time?

The girls' threads of fate are suddenly interwined, and a new time is set in motion.
