Without knowing what the flower can do, Bibi secretly brings the Witchy Queen Heart to the human world. A precious flower of the Witch World that grows only in the Queen's garden, the Witchy Queen Heart can make any wish – good or bad – come true. When Bibi gets into a fight with Doremi, she wishes that Doremi turn into a small mouse and that she lose her magical power. Bibi's wish is granted. Then suddenly the flower runs away to grant wishes of other human beings and to disperse seeds that will grow more flowers, which will grant more wishes by more people. Emilie, Sophie, and Nicole set out to find Doremi, now a mouse, and to find the flower before the seeds are released. After some searching, the girls and Majorca finally find Doremi, caught in a manhole with Bibi who also came looking for her and who wanted to make up. The girls use their magic to undo the wish that Bibi had made, and they also catch the flower right before it released its seeds. Majorca says that the flower will never become normal again and that it has to be burned. Doremi, Emilie, Sophie, and Nicole try to save it with magic but to no avail. Devastated, Bibi apologizes tearfully to the flower for bringing it to the human world in the first place. Then suddenly, the flower emanates light as it starts turning back to its original self – it had responded to Bibi's thoughts!! – and the girls happily watch it return to Witch World.
