Akkochan is a cheerful 10 year old girl. One day, her father brought her back and old hand mirror from India. Akkochan was so happy that she never forgot to polish it before she went to bed every day.But to her regret, she breaks the mirror carelessly. Tears in her eyes, she buried the broken pieces of her beloved mirror in the garden. That very night, she is awakened by a beautiful voice.It was Fairy of the Mirror. "Thank you for cherishing the mirror" she said.Then, the Fairy presented a small beautiful compact to Akkochan who stood there in wonder. It was a magic compact. When it is opened and the magic spell said, it will enable Akkochan to metamorphose into anything she wished."But you mustn't tell anyone about this compact. Just keep it a secret."Thus, Akkochan is able to metamorphose with the help of the magic compact. And not only at home and school, but her adventure is extended to unknown foreign countries, and even to the world of animals causing funny trouble and laughter wherever she goes.
